Page Burns is the epitome of “yes you can”. Having never been an athlete, this entrepreneur, wife, mother of 4 and a grandmother as well, she has incorporated CrossFit as a healthy way of life. Her first day of CrossFit in 2013 was the same as every single beginner. No idea what a clean was or even a snatch. Every class she asked questions like, what makes it “power”? Until one day, it clicked. Progress began and the addiction to this lifestyle was born. Each WOD exposed a new movement that she could develop. In 2016, she took her L1 just to better herself, then, just 30 days later, coached her first class. She was instantly hooked on teaching others what she has learned. Today, she enjoys working out in a diverse skill groups and finds the “best person”. Her goal not to beat them, but to be on their heels and often shouting, “Don’t let me catch you!” Amazing how that motivates all involved.
