Favorite workout so far: I enjoy every day I workout. Unless it involves running and overhead squats. Nancy and I won't be hanging out anytime soon.

Why do you choose MC CrossFit? I first chose MC because my previous gym closed. I was invited to MC by Coach Brenden. I was instantly hooked. The gym, coaches, and community are second to none. I can't imagine going anywhere else. I love working out with everyone at MC, but the unicorns at noon motivate me more than I ever have been. Big shout out to Brett, Clayton, Louis, Sheriff, and all the noon regulars.
