BIggest Motivation: Being able to see what I’ve overcome in my past, and knowing that if I keep moving forward, I can keep moving forward (if that makes sense).

Favorite Workout fuel: cookies- but they tell me I can’t eat those anymore.
Favorite lift: Deadlift or Back Squat
Least favorite lift: Overhead Squats
Favorite workout so far: I’ve got a love/hate relationship going with Wednesday workouts- the EMOMs. I love the mental battle that ensues, but hate the feeling of suffocation and near death.
Athlete of the month goals
Personal: To not become stagnant. I want to keep finding new experiences and growth. Small goals include the basics of drinking more water, getting more sleep, and becoming more organized. Bigger goals include traveling somewhere new once a year, paying off my loans, buying a house, and growing my savings.
Professional: Go back to school to get my nursing degree.
Athletic: To keep moving forward one goal at a time, and never settling for where I am. Currently, my goals are to get a muscle up, and to conquer my fears of the DU and Assault bike. I also plan to run my first full marathon this year and check that off my list.
