MC CrossFit Hours
Short Term Adjustments to class times to comply with social distancing and occupancy limits in the building. Classes will be staggered by 10 minutes from the end of one class to the start of the other. Members are encouraged to not congregate/commune/hang-out before and after classes. Class times effective Saturday, May 16th -
Monday - Friday :
5:15 AM / 6:30 AM / 8:15 AM / 9:30 AM / Noon / 4:15 PM / 5:30 PM / 6:45 PM
7:00 AM Weightlifting
8:00 AM / 10:00 AM / Noon Classes
Open Gym: Check-in is required. Members will need to comply with the social distancing rules in open gym as well.
Open Gym Times will be offered in 1-hour blocks (initially) at:
10:45AM - 11:45 AM
2:30 - 3:30 PM
Members are asked to enter in ONLY from the front door and exit from the East Side Door (facing the gas station)
Members will be allowed to book classes 3 days in advance. We will run with this model initially and gauge if there are classes that are consistently full or underutilized/booked and course-correct on adding or moving class times.
To comply with KCMO's 10/10/10 rule - we are capped at 15 people (max) in the gym at any given time.
Members MUST check-in via the Pushpress App in order to work out.
This is not only required as part of our policy internally for insurance purposes and membership account integrity, it is also part of the 10/10/10 rule to keep records of people that occupy a business for more than 10 minutes.
No kids in the gym for the interim period. The kids pit is being repurposed for stretching and GHD work.
